My Coffee Counts (MyCC) is all about empowering economic sustainability in the coffee and philanthropic industries.
We provide a digital Loyalty and Pre-Order solution for cafes and restaurants that helps fund community charities.
Pre-Order – Set up your menu, opening times, send it “live” and start taking more takeaway orders immediately! Transaction fees apply, just lower than others.
Two ways to operate our Loyalty System -

2. Donate Only
In the “Take or Donate” mode, when a customer reaches the shops nominated loyalty threshold (1 in 7 for example) they are asked a simple question - Would you like to:
TAKE your free coffee or,
Elect the café to DONATE the value to charity
If they select TAKE – they get their free coffee as normal.
If they select DONATE –the shop donates the value of the free coffee to charity, receives a tax-deductible gift receipt and the customer buys a coffee (restarting their loyalty balance).
Donate Only mode is for businesses that don’t want to give away free coffees but want to donate to charity with MyCC facilitating and validating their contribution. Cut through the greenwashing.
